中文摘要 | 以青時烏龍及台茶12號兩品種茶樹,種植於內裝平鎮系紅壤之黑色塑膠筒內, 接種外來溶磷細菌菌種(Pseudomonas sp.),利用放射性32P技術,探究對茶樹磷素的吸收效 應。結果顯示,接種外來溶磷細菌菌種(Pseudomonas sp.)有助青心烏龍及台茶12號茶樹 磷素的吸收,本試驗所用溶磷細菌菌種(Pseudomonas sp.),可做為生物性肥料應用。 |
英文摘要 | 32P was applied to investigate the effects of P-solubilizing bacteria (Pseudomonas sp.) on P uptake of tea plants. The soils used were acidic red soils of Pinchen Series, with cv Chin-Hsin Oolong and TTES No.12 as tested varieties. The results showed that inoculation with P-solubilizing bacteria (Pseudomonas sp.) was beneficial for P absorption in both varieties. The species of P-solubilizing bacteria (Pseudomonas sp.) used in the trial was a good species which would have a pretty good potential to be used as biological fertilizer. |
