中文摘要 | 本文主要目的乃探討東部地區早春及晚冬時期茶樹芽葉生長模式及化學成分之分 析,作為採摘作業及製茶品質之參考,試驗結果如下: 1. 不論早春或晚冬季節,台茶十七號萌芽期最早而青心烏龍最晚;晚冬季節東部茶區正值乾 旱時期,青心烏龍種芽短,產量低,生長明顯地受到仰制。 2. 早春時期青心烏龍、青心大冇、台茶十二號及台茶十七號芽葉生長模式分別適合方程式 Y= 0.458+0.127x+0.001x2、Y=0.299+0.124x+0.001x2、Y=0.411+0.172x+0.002x2及 Y=exp(-0.281+0.1x-0.001x2),式中Y為芽長,X為萌芽後生長日數。 3. 晚冬時期青心烏龍、青心大冇、台茶十二號及台茶十七號芽葉生長模式分別適合方程式 Y= 0.826+0.078x2、Y=exp(-0.961+0.166x-0.003x2)、 Y=exp(-0.737+0.145x-0.002x2)及 Y=exp(-0.505+0.127x-0.002x2),式中Y為芽長,X為萌芽後生長日數。青心烏龍種其線 性迴歸生長曲線呈水平狀態,反應其生長速率極緩慢。各品種晚冬節推算均方值較小,反 應實測值接近生長模式方程式之推算值,準碓性較高。 4. 早春晚冬季節與春冬季比較,可溶分、兒茶素類及胺基酸含量較低,可溶性醣類含量較高; 品種間兒茶素含量以台茶十七號較高,而台茶十二號較低。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose for this study was to investigate the shoot growth model and chemical composition of tea leaves in eastern Taiwan. Results were summarized as follows : 1. The sprouting date of TTES NO.17 was earliest and Chinshin Oolong was latest either in early spring or late winter season. In the period of late winter, it was less rainfall and dry. The growth of shoot was severely inhibited, so that shoot length and yield of Chinshin Oolong was short and low. 2. The growth models of tea shoot in the period of early spring for Chinshin Oolong, Chinshin Dapang, TTES No.12 and TTES No.17 were Y= 0.458+0.127x+0.01x2、 Y=0.299+0.124x+0.001x2、Y=0.411+0.172x+0.002x2 and Y=exp(-0.281+0.1x-0.001x2), respectively, where Y means the length of tea shoot and x means days after shoot sprouting. 3. The growth models of tea shoot in the period of early spring for Chinshin Oolong, Chinshin Dapang, TTES No.12 and TTES No.17 were Y= 0.826+0.078x、 Y=exp(-0.961+0.166x-0.003x2)、 Y=exp(-0.737+0.145x-0.002x2) and Y=exp(-0.505+0.127x-0.002x2), respectively, where Y means the length of tea shoot and x means days after shoot sprouting. The growth model of Chinshin Oolong was in horizontal condition indicating that growth rate was slow. Predicted mean square was less in the period of late winter indicating the observed values approached to the fitted values. 4. Soluble solids, catechins and amino acids content were less and soluble sugar content was high in early spring and late winter than spring and winter plucking seasons. The catechins content of TTES No.17 was significantly more than TTES No.12. |
