英文摘要 | The advantages of multinational corporations (MNCs) orient from superior research & development (R&D).The integration resposiveness (IR) framework which applied to MNCs strategies will be the major issue of global R&D management by the subsidiaries. On the basis of reviewing current literatures, the author sets up a model of global R & D management and provides three basic propositions to evaluate the relationship among R & D strategies, investment determinants and management styles of R & D center. The empirical test by MNCs subsidiaries of the information & electronic industry in Taiwan shows that there is a great difference between R & D investment determinants and management styles due to various R & D strategies. |
