中文摘要 | 護理系學生在學習過程中,臨床實習是相當重要的。本研究主要在探討 學生第一次進入臨床實習的焦慮源,並瞭解實習的各階段的焦慮源及焦慮程度。 本研究是根據基本護理課程實習目標、考核項目編製成結構式問卷,以八十學年 度護理系二年級在學學生為對象,共44人。 研究結果發現:學生第一次臨床實習最感到焦慮的是專業知識不足、害怕出錯、 第一次操作護理技術、病人的情況改變、與病人溝通、給病人適當的衛教等。對 這些護理活動感到焦慮的程度,隨實習時間而減輕。 根據這些發現,對臨床實習教學提出幾點建議:臨床實習前的練習應與臨床配 合,在基本護理的臨床實習中,可給予學生與其護理病人相關的資科,加強溝通 技巧的演練,並讓學生有機會操作醫院的特殊儀器。 |
英文摘要 | In nursing education the clinical practice is a main part. We want to study theanxious of the first clinical practice on college students of nursing and understandthe difference of anxiety level during the whole session. The questionnaire wasconstructed in accordance with the goal of the basic nursitn curriculum. Thesubjects were 44 sophomore nursing students enrolled in the first practice session. We found the most anxious thing for students is insufficient professionalknowledge, and being afraid of doing something wrong, the first time practicingnursing skill, being unstable of patient's condition, communicating with patients,as in order. And the anxious level was decreased by the end of the session. Inorder to decrease the anxiety of clinical practice, we have to modify our basicnursing curriculum, (a) Before clinical practice let the students have the chance topractice nursing skill in the real setting. (a)The teacher may offer students thepatients' condition during the practice session, (c) Increase the opportunity topractice communication skill. (d)Let the students have the chance to opperatesome special machine in the hospital. |
