英文摘要 | The acoustic response in a hard-walled duct with a partially absorptive end condition and pressure inputs along the duct can be represented by a state-space system of on infinite order. A finit order truncation of the state-space system has been used to compute and design the model for active reduction of duct noise. The noise generated at one end of the duct can be reduced by adding cancellation pressures along the duct. the active control parameters include the positions, amplitudes, and phases of the cancellation preseure inputs. Numerical calculations indicate that reducing noise with two cancellation pressure inputs is effective for frequencies lower than 400 Hz and the noise can be reduced by 26 dB at 200 Hz. Experimental results are qualitatively in agreement with the numerical calculations. The measured noise reduction is less than that predicted from the theory by 0.3 ∼ 3dB. |
