中文摘要 | 本研究以Fishbein和Ajzen(1975,1980)理性行為論為依據。此模式認為一個人是否會採行某一特定行為乃決定於其行為意向,而行為意向則同時到態度(包話情感性與認知性)與常模(包話主觀與認知性)的影響。本研究之目的除了驗證理性行為論應用至預測大學生尋求專業心理輔導意原之適切性外,並探討大學生之求助意去及其影響因素。 本研究以台灣地區十二所公私立大學院校二、三、四年級學生為受試對象,實得有效樣本為1386人,其中男三638名,女生748名。研究工具為「鄭氏憂鬱量表」,自編之「求助意願量表」以及基本資料。 主要研究結果發現:影響大學生尋求專業心理輔導意頁的因素依序為認知性常模、認知性態度、情感性能度、有無求助經驗及性別,其解釋力佔總變異量的41.6%。對有求助經驗的大學生而言,影響其尋求專業心理輔導意原的因素依後為認知性能度、認知性常模、及對諮商結果的評價,其解釋力佔總變異量的45.5%。對無求助經驗者而言,影響其尋求專業心理輔導意原的因素依序為認知性態度、知性常模、及主觀常模,其解釋力佔總變異量的21%。 根據本研究結果,建議輔導機構應加強宣導,建立一般人對心理輔導的正確觀念外,並加強與學生老師、親人、同學及朋友聯繫,提供大學生更多傳遞輔導訊息的管道,對學校輔導工作對推展將有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | The study was based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (Fishbein & Ajzen, 1975,1980), which stated that the decision to engage in a particular behavior is primarily a function of the individual's intention to engage in the behavior is largely determined by the individual's attitude and norms toward the behavior. The purposes of this study was testified the theory and investigated the factors in help-seeking intention of college students. The subjects were 1386 college students randomly selected from 12 universities in Taiwan. The major results of this study were (1) the cognitive norm、the cognitive attitude、the affective attitude、the experience of help-seeking and gender were the significant factors of help-seeking intention; (2) for those who had the experience of help-seeking, the cognitive attitude、 the cognitive norm and the evaluation of counseling were the significant factors of help-seeking intention; (3) for those who had not the experience of help-seeking, the cognitive attitude、the cognitive norm and the subjective norm were the significant factors of help-seeking intention. |
