| 中文摘要 | 本研究係配合台北醫學院八十學年度第一學期實施“學生學習反應意見調查”而設計,旨在提供教務行政及教師增進教學成效之參考。 取樣對象為全院日夜間部各學系學生,採非強迫性方式,由學生對任課專任教師作學習意見反應。有效樣本數為12.732份,男女生各為4,494及8,238份。統計時將教師分為共同學科、基礎醫學科、臨床醫學科、牙醫學科、藥學科、醫事技術學科、護理學科、保健營養學科、公共衛生學科等九類組,並針對性別、年級、學生修習前的興趣、學業成績等變項,分析學生對教師授課時之“教學態度”、“表達方式”、“教學內容”、及學習後之“整體收穫”的滿意度,同時就學生所提具體教學改進意見加以分析。 本研究之主要發現如下: 1. 臨床醫學類組、護理類組教師授課之學生,對教師授課之滿意度最高並達顯著水準。 2. 男、女生在學習滿意度上的差異,未達顯著水準。 3. 以學系、年級分組時,醫、牙、護、公、夜藥等系之高年級學生的滿意度,顯著高於低年級的學生;醫技系反之;藥、保二系則無差異。 4. 以教師職等進行分析,學生對助教級教師之平均滿意度最高,依次為教授、講師、副教授;不過助教之參與評鑑人次及授課時數均偏低。 5. 不分學習的類科,學生在學習前,對所修習科目興趣愈高的,滿意度也愈高,且其差異達到顯著水準。 6. 學生的學業成績因素,與滿意度之間的關係,未達顯著水準。 7. 學生對護理類組教師在具體教學行為上的滿意度最佳;對臨床醫學組教師提出建議事項的比率最高。 8. 學生在“教材內容更有系統組織”及“提供講義大綱及參考資料”二項教學行為上,對教師的期望最殷切,需要性也最一致。 本研究亦根據分析結果,對增進教學成效之可行策略提出建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | Data collecting from students of 7 departments in Taipei Medical College were analysed to determine the students' satisfaction of instruction. In order to compare the effectiveness of teachers in different groups, 12,732 items, 4,494 from male and 8,238 from female, were categorized into 9 groups according to the teachers' major field. In additions, sex, grades, motivations, and academic achievement of students were chosen for the independent variables. The significant findings were as follows: 1. Teachers majoring in the fields of Clinical Medicine and Nursing were evaluated to have the highest grade to students' satisfaction. 2. There was no sex differences. 3. Senior students in the Departments of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Public Health and Pharmacy(Evening Devision) had higher satisfaction to instruction than junior students. 4. Teaching assistants had the highest grades, following by professors, instructors, and than associate professors. However, there were only 716 items to be evaluated for teaching assistants. 5. Motivation was verified to be a significant factor elevating students' satisfaction of instruction. 6. There was no significant relationship between students' feedback and their former academic achievement. 7. Teachers in the Nursing Department were evaluated to be the most masterly in teaching skills. 8. Most of the students expect to have better organized teaching materials and much more supplemental handouts. Evidences emerged from this study were used to improve teaching methodology. |
