| 中文摘要 | 本文是介紹如何利用發射光譜儀來檢測柑橘中之微量元素 (鎂、硼、錳、鋅、鉬) 的缺乏症。通常分析的方法是採用螢光X線儀。由於螢光X線只照射試料之一小部分,其結果為一隨機現象的光譜。除非試料製作是非常均勻,否則會影響分析的正確性。因此本文採用將試料完全燒盡的發射光譜儀法,以彌補上述之缺點。至於分析過程,是選用適當的分析線偶,以內標準法來分析柑橘中所合微量元素的濃度。 |
| 英文摘要 | The subject of the paper is on how to apply the emission spectroscopy to examine the shortage of trace elements (Mg, B, Mn, Zn, Mo) in citrus fruit. The most conventional method used for trace elements analysis was use the X-ray fluorescene, however which can scan through only a small part of the test sample, and that, due to the nonhomogeneous distribution of the trace elements in the test sample, results in a random spectrum phenomenon and false analysis Considering the disadvantages, the researcher recomment the photographic method of emission spectroscopy. In this process, the sample is burned first and the spectrum of integral intensity, but not nonhomogeneous, becomes available. It is to use the internal standard method to get analysis pair, which guides to get the condensity of the trace elements in citrus fruit. |
