中文摘要 | 運動訓練可增加心肺功能,是目前文獻上支持的,而不同血管緊張素轉換?(angiotensin-converting enzyme, ACE)基因基與心肺功能、耐力運動表現的關係,直至最近才被熱烈討論。本研究探討不同ACE基因型受試者的心肺功能、血液脂質之差異性。以20位國立屏東教育大學健康男學生為研究對象,抽血透過高效液相層析法分析受試者的ACE基因型,共有Ⅱ、ID及DD三型,並抽血分析受試者的血液脂質如三酸甘油脂(triglyceride, TG)、總膽固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein, LDL-C)、總膽固醇與高密度脂蛋白膽固醇比較(TC/HDL-C)、尿酸(urea acid, UA)及胰島素(insulin),以及利用氣體分析儀配合原地跑步機測量最大攝氧量。以單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後比較考驗不同ACE基因型的心肺功能、血液脂質是否有顯著差異,顯著水準定為p<.05。本研究獲得結果如下:20名受試者ACE基因型分佈如下:Ⅱ型8人(40%)、ID型9人(45%)及DD型3人(15%)。不同ACE基因型的身高、體重、身體質量指數、收縮壓、舒張壓、安靜心跳率、最大攝氧量、氧脈、最大換氣量、TG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、UA、Insulin等均未達到顯著差異水準(p>.05)。本研究獲得結論為:臺灣人可能比西方人具有較高比例的ACE Ⅱ基因型及較低比例的ACE DD基因型不同,不同ACEⅡ、ID、DD質因型受試者在心肺功能及血液脂質等各項測試結果並未達到顯著的差異水準。 |
英文摘要 | Exercise training is now an accepted intervention to improve cardiovascular endurance. The purpose of this study was to examine that angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) genotype could affect cardiovascular and blood lipid profiles. Twenty male healthy volunteers will be recruited as subjects from National Ping-Tung Teachers University. All subject’s blood samples will be drawn and classified as ACE genotype Ⅱ, ID or DD. The blood lipid profiles such as TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC.HDL-C, UA, and insulin were analyzed. The cardiovascular endurance (VO□) was assessed by Sensor Medice2900 combination treadmill. The data will be analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Fisher least Significant difference post hoc tests to compare the differences among genotype groups. The statistical significance was determined at the p<.05 level. The result showed that twenty subjects were classified to ACE genotype as 8 Ⅱ(40%), 9 ID(45%) and 3 DD(15%). There were no statistically significant differences in height, weight, BMI, SBP, DBP, rest heart rate, VO□maximal ventilation, oxygen per pulse, TG, TC, HDL-C, TC/HCL-C, LDL-C, UA and Insulin among the three ACE genotype groups(p>.05). In conclusion, there were higher percentage of Ace genotypeⅡand lower percentage of Ace genotype D in Taiwanese compared with Western. There were no statistically significant differences among different Ace genotype groups on cardiovascular endurance and blood lipid profiles. |
