中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討聚胺基甲酸酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯互穿網狀高分 子結構體(PU/PMMA IPNs)的合成中,添加線性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),乙二 醇二丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯微小膠體(EGDMA/MMA microgel)或甲基丙烯酸 -2羥基乙酯/甲其丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(HEMA/MMA copolymer)對兩相相容性及機械 性質的影響。由動態機械性質分析得知,控制兩相凝膠時間相接近時,IPNs具有 較佳的相容性。合成IPNs時,添加線性PMMA,微小膠體或共聚物均可提高相容 性,其中又以添加微小膠體的IPNs其相容性有最明顯的改善。由拉力測試顯示含 有微小膠體的IPNs比含線性PMMA者有較佳的拉伸強度,而同時添加微小膠體及 共聚物的IPNs其拉伸強度的改善有最顯著的提昇。 |
英文摘要 | A method to investigate the compatibility and mechanical properties of polyurethane and methyllmethacrylate interpenetrating polymer networks (PU/PMMAIPNs) by adding linear PMMA, ethyleneglycol dimetharylate/methyl methacryl-atemicrogel (EGDMA/MMA microgel) and 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate/methyl methacrylatecopolymer (HEMA/MMA copolymer) was developed. At constantcomposition and crosslinking density, the dynamic mechanical spectroscopy(DMA), glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of IPNs was studied. The results show that: In DMA and DSC analysis, the linear PMMA, microgel and copolymer can improve the compatibility of IPNs and enhance the interpenetrating degree between the networks of the two phases. The value of tensile strength and elongation can be improved by adding microgelin IPNs. |
