中文摘要 | 本研究以個人電腦產業為對象,試圖去擴展非強制與強制策略和經銷商依存度、 通路衝突及經銷商滿意度之間相互關係的了解。另外,我們也檢視交互行動理論是否在個人 電腦經銷通路成立。 結果顯示經銷商之依存度與滿意度正相關於製造商非強制策略之運用,而負相關於製造商強 制策略之運用。另外,潛在衝突負相關於製造商非強制策略之運用,而正相關於製造商強制 策略之運用。再者,外顯衝突正相關於製造商與經銷商雙方非強制和強制策略之運用。最後 ,本研究亦發現交互行動理論在個人電腦經銷通路是成立的。 |
英文摘要 | This research attempts to expand the understanding of the interrelationships of noncoercive and coercive strategies with dealer dependence, intrachannel conflict, and dealer satisfaction by focusing on channel relationships between manufacturers and dealers of the PC industry. Besides, the reciprocal action theory is also examined whether it will hold in PC distribution channels or not. The results of this study indicated that dealer dependence as well as dealer satisfaction is related positively to the manufacturer's use of noncoercive strategies and inversely to that of coercive strategies. In addition, latent conflict is relatively inversely to the manufacturer's use of noncoercive strategies and positively to that of coercive strategies. On the other hand, manifest conflict is related positively to the use of noncoercive and coercive strategies by both manufacturers and dealers. Finally, the findings in this study also support the reciprocal action theory. |
