中文摘要 | 本研究的目的乃在探討外部環境、策略彈性與獲利力之關係,此外,對於公司會 有顯著影響的外部環境因素也將被確認出來。研究對象,以中華徵信所所出版的中華民國五 百大製造廠商為樣本, 對其進行郵寄問卷調查, 最後以有效的 95 份問卷資料, 並利用 T 檢定、相關分析、變異數分析、Scheffe 檢定和描述性統計等方法加以分析檢定。 結果顯示某一領域的彈性會增強另一領域的彈性,而且在外部環境(或任務環境)的影響與 策略彈性配合之公司,其獲利力高於未配合者;但在一般環境與策略彈性間無論配合與否其 獲利力並無顯著差異。最後,本研究發現經濟情況對所有公司皆具有重大的影響且大部份的 競爭來自現存競爭者與替代品的競爭。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to explore the relationships among the external environment, strategic flexibility and profitability. Besides, the main forces and events in the external environment that have significant influence upon firms have to be clarified. The sample used in this study was chosen from The Largest 500 Industrial Corporations in the Republic of China, published by China Credit Information Service, Ltd.. Data collection was conducted by a mail questionnaire survey, and 95 useful replies were received. In analyzing these data, the T test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test and descriptive statistics were used. The main findings of this study indicated the flexibility in one area can reinforce the flexibility in other areas. In addition the profitability of firms achieving the fit between the external environmental impact (or the influence of the task environment) and strategic flexibility is different from that of firms in unfit situations; but there is no difference in the profitability among firms whether or nor there is fit between the general environment and strategic flexibility. Finally, this study found that economic conditions have a great influence on firms and most of the competition comes from rivalry among existing firms and the threat of substitute products or services. |
