中文摘要 | 本研究對共析鋅鋁合金施加熱處理與熱機處理以生成不同形態之非連續析出( discontinuous precipitation ),非連續性粗化( discontinuous coarsening )及球狀 結構( spheroi-dization )顯示在時效初期,過飽和之合金會藉由非連續性析出反應產生 細疊層狀之α相與β相交錯之結構。而進一步長時間時效,此層狀結構則進行非連續性粗化 反應。而僅施以熱處理無法使非連續粗化之結構完全球化,故必須導入形變打斷疊層,形成 均勻等軸之晶粒。本研究設計了三道及四道熱機處理,用來將共析鋅鋁合金之層狀結構轉為 等軸細晶結構,以符合超塑性的基本需求。實驗中以電子顯微鏡觀察拉伸過程中形態之變化 ,藉以探討三道及四道熱處理對超塑性性質之影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this study thermal and thermomechanical treatments were applied to a monotectoid Zn-22% Al alloy to result in various microstructures including discontinuous precipitation, discontinuous coarsening and granular structure for superplastic deformation test. In the two phase Zn-Al alloy, the granular structure is capable of superplastic deformation. Since thermal treatments alone cannot completely spheroidize the lamellar structure within a short period of time, severe plastic dcformation has to be introduced to disrupt the lamellae into spheroids. As Such, 3-step and 4-step thermomechanical processing were applied to convert the lamellar structure of Zn-22% Al alloy to granular structure for superplastic behavior. In this study the effect of the 3-step and 4-step thermomechanical treatments on superplasticity of monotectoid Zn-Al alloy were discussed. |
