中文摘要 | 純鐵錠、鉻鐵塊、鎳球與矽塊以304L不�袗�材的成份比例投入高週波爐內進行熔 煉。煉成之 304L 不�袗�液倒入盛桶,經底下之出口以小細流形態流出,接著以高壓的水流 ,將細鋼液流噴散,霧化成粉末狀顆粒體。霧化 304L 不�袗�粉末之氧含量可藉著成份與製 程因素的調整而加以控制。 這些因素中最重要的有兩項,一為鋼液的( Si-Mn )%值,另 一項為矽塊添加方法改變。將鋼液的( Si-Mn )%值維持在 0.8 以上,或者在熔煉中途先 行添加半量的矽塊均可大幅地降低霧化粉末的氧含量。金相觀察的觀果發現氧含量高或低的 304L 粉末,其表面均有氧化膜的存在; 同時,氧化膜的厚度及粉末內部氧含量強度均隨粉 末整體氧含量之提高而增大。 |
英文摘要 | Pure iron ingot, ferrochromium pillet, nickel balls and silicon slice were melted and refined with an induction furnace. The resultant 304L stainless steel melt was atomized into fine particulates by the high pressure water jets. It is found that the oxygen content of the atomized steel powder can be controlled through the adjustment of the material and processing factors. The two major ones of these factors are (Si Mn)% value of the melt and the method of addition of silicon slices during melting. The thickness of the surface oxide layer and the internal oxygen intensity decrease with decreasing bulk oxygen content of the atomized 304L powder. The oxygen concentration in the interior is 1/14 to 1/10 that in the surface layer of the powder particles. The oxidation film has been found to form on the surface of particles regardless of the extent of oxidation of the atomized 304L powder. |
