中文摘要 | 臺灣以旺盛之活動力與學習力,廣為吸收與採納來自世界各國的優良規章制度後 ,終於締造了舉世稱羨的傑出經濟成果。其中一項源自美國的計時工資制度,在麥當勞速食 餐廳的專業運用下,以千軍萬馬之威力橫掃我本土餐飲業。在時代浪潮的衝擊下,臺灣餐飲 業不得不急起直追,並師法美國速食店制度,而研擬出本土化之工資工時系統。計時工資制 係源由自美國聯邦公平勞工標準法案,周全的工資工時法自然吸引勞工開心地投入生產線, 最低工資之訂立,亦理性地保障了勞工最起碼的生存權益,而超時工資與小費制度復為餐飲 業工作者帶來極多之現金收益。是以廣泛剖析美方之法案與做法,當可促使我產官學三界研 究提出更務實之制度,從而促使我餐飲業收降低人員流動率,提高勞工生產力與企業獲利率 之實效與目標。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan has made an fantastic economic achievement by means of learning all kinds foreign systems, regulations, and technics, then put into practiced by active vitality and marketing strategy. Following by the trend, Taiwan F&B industry already generated her own wang & hour systems. A well-designed wage and hour law or system certainly will draw happy workers get into the job easily, the reasonable requirement of minimum wage also protect hard working labors basic livelihood rights, the modern tipping systems also help whole hospitality employees make lots extra cash income, all above-mentioned employee benifits were rooted from U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act. Therefore, an intensive research about those rules positively can help our industries, governments and institutions to redesign or create a much better act and system. Focus on food & beverage industry, this research may also help restauranteurs reaching the goals of decreasing the employee turnover rate, inereasing the labor productivity and business profitability. |
