| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的即針對已開發完成之第一代全自動金針菇接菌機,進行進 一步之改良工作。新機型仍採整框十二瓶一次接種之作業方式,並針對作業流 程、機械結構、紅外線感測裝置、定量輸出器、近接開關偵測定位、掀蓋壓蓋器、 及自動控制電路等加以改良,另增設入框瓶整蓋機構及菌種供料機構交換系統, 將原分離式之控制面板改為與機體結合為一之整體式設計。改良後之機槌採用不 鏽鋼材質製造,具有結構簡化、系統操作穩定、不易腐蝕、減少噪音、易清洗、 降低雜菌感染率及供料時間縮短等優點。經試驗結果顯示,整框十二瓶一次接種 僅需五秒鐘即可完成。 |
| 英文摘要 | A remodeled automatic spawning system for flammulina velutipes is presented. Thesystem processes 12 units of spawning bottles in each operation. Changes were made in theoperating flow and structure of a previous model. We also improved the operating functionsof units such as the infrared sensor, the quantitative spawn discharger, the proximity-switchcontroller, the bottle cap opener and presser, and the automatic control circuit. A cap-adjusting mechanism for the feeding bottles and a spawn-supply-switching mechanism are incoorperated into the system, and a seperated control box in the earlier model is combinedwith the machine. This remodeled machine is made of stainless steel, thus corrosion resistant and easier to clean. The structure is simple and has lower noise with high stability.The experimental results show that the contamination rate and the time for spawn-supplyingare both significantly reduced, and the operation period is about 5 seconds for 12 units ofspawning bottles. |
