中文摘要 | 為探討毛豆農藝性狀的遺傳變異,使用I、綠光(Ryokkoh)X2120 M6 69-1;II、2120M6 69-1X綠光(Ryokkoh);III、雪豆(Yukimame)X2I20 M6 69-1;IV、雪豆 (Yuki-mame)X高雄8號(KS8);V、台農15號(TN15)X雪之下-4(Yukinoshita-4)等五個F �停皒s,調查毛豆莢特性之分離頻度、遺傳率及相關係數等遺傳育種介量。結果 如下: F�素W度分布:所有調查之性狀大多呈連續性之分離。族群之分散度因性狀及組合 之不同而有差異。但一般以2120 M6 69-1及綠光為親本之組合有關二粒莢、三粒 莢之莢寬、種子寬、莢粒總重、種子重及20g合格莢之莢數等性狀的分散度較小 外,其他性狀以栽培品種及雪豆之組合各性狀之分散度較大。各性狀以產量與20g 合格莢產量在各組合均有超越兩親之分離,其他性狀則僅在IV、雪豆(Yukimame)x 高雄8號(KS8);V、台農15號(TN15)X雪之下-4(Yukinoshita-4)等兩組合呈超越兩親之 分離。 遺傳率:遺傳率亦因調查性狀及雜交組合之不同而有顯著差異,一般而言,二粒 莢及三粒莢之莢長、產量性狀及莢拉總重具較高之遺傳率,而莢拉寬度、厚度等 性狀之遺傳率均較低,各組合之遺傳率差異頗大。 表現型相關;產量與單株莢粒數間呈顯著正相關。莢粒之長寬厚則性狀彼此皆為 正相關關係,20g合格莢莢數則與莢粒長寬厚及拉重間有三雜交組合不呈顯著負 相關。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the genetic behavior of the agronomic characters of vegetable soybean, F�� seeds of five crosses among soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] varieties Ryokkoh X2120 M6 69-1, 2120 M6 69-1 X Ryokkoh, Yukimame X 2120 M6 69-1, Yukimame X KS8,and TN15 x Yukinoshita-4, were grown in summer of 1989 at the field of National Chung Hsing University. Agronomic traits, pod length, width and thickness of 2-seed pod and 3-seedpod; seed's length, width and thickness; weight of 2-seed pod, 3-seed pod; seed weight; podnumbers, seed numbers, seed weight per plant; pod numbers of 20g marketable pod; seedweight of 20g marketable pod, in the F�� generations were investigated to study the frequencydistribution, heritability and correlation of vegetable soybean. The results of this experimentwere summarized as follows. The frequency distribution of F�� generations of most characters was continuousdistribution, and there were significant differences by different characters and crosses. Therange of distribution was small in the characters such as pod width, seed width, weight of podand seed, seed weight, and pod numbers of 20g marketable pod of crosses with 2120 M6 69-1and Rykkoh as one of the parents. On the other hand, the range of distribution was large inother characters of crosses with TN15, KS8 and Yukimame as one of the parents. Thecharacters such as seed weight per plant and seed weight of 20g marketable pod showedtransgressive segregation in the F�� generations of five crosses. The other characters were alsoshowed transgressive segregation in the F�� generations of the two crosses of Yukimame X KS8and TN15 x Yukinoshita-4. The heritability in F�� generations showed significant difference caused by differentcharacters and crosses. There were higher heritability in the characters of pod length and yield;but the width, thickness of pod and seed had lower heritability than others. The heritability ofall characters each cross were different significantly. The phenotypic correlation of the yield was positively correlated with those of podnumbers and seed numbers per plant. The pod numbers of 20g marketable pod were notsignificantly correlated with pod and seed length, width, thickness and seed weight. The podand seed length, width, thickness were postively correlated with each other. |
