| 中文摘要 | 本試驗為測試有機肥添加入土壤後對東方型百合種球培育之影響。先取 平地(台中軍功)及高冷地(嘉義石棹,海拔1250m)試驗田之土壤分析,結果前者之 有機質含量偏低,約為1.8,後者則為3.9。其次本試驗所採用之有機肥,平地(軍 功)與高冷地(石棹)使用之豬糞來源不同,分別以農民平時使用之堆肥施用之;經 分別將所施用之有機肥材料分析其成分,結果在平地軍功所施用之豬糞其有機質 含量為81.4,碳氮比為22.6;嘉義石棹所含有機質為75.6,碳氮比為10.5,而牛糞之 有機質為77.2,碳氮比為19.4。試驗中並以台肥43號配合各種不同處理作對照與 比較。結果東方型百合Case Blanca之組織培養苗在嘉義石棹高冷地之栽培,其種 球周徑之大小以施用牛糞基肥之處理較好(約2.97公分),而Star Gazer品種之種球 周徑則以施用豬糞之處理較好(約2.39公分)。又將二品種之組織培養苗栽培於台 中軍功平地之試驗田中,其種球周徑之調查則二品種均顯示豬糞加臺肥43號化學 肥料之處理較好,其中Casa Blanca種球周徑為3.45公分,Star Gazer種球周徑為2.53 公分。另將切花採收後之Casa Blanca種球(鱗莖周徑平均約12公分)以相同的試驗 處理方法栽培於臺中軍功平地之試驗田中,經採收後,調查各處理之鱗莖周徑平 均約14公分,其次年之開花率均在90以上,其中每株之花朵數以施用豬糞之處理 較多(4朵),花徑大小則以施用豬糞加磷肥之處理較大(24.4公分),再將此二代球 之植株經植體分析結果,各處理均顯示磷及鉀蓄積於地下部鱗莖較地上部莖葉為 多,顯示其磷肥及鉀肥對二代球培養之重要性。 |
| 英文摘要 | The effect of the application of organic fertilizers into soils on the nourishmentof Oriental Hybrids Lilies: Casa Blanca and Star Gazer, was conducted in theTaiwan lowland and upland fields. The results of soil analysis have showed that low organic content (ca. 1.8)and high available P contents (ca. 0.135) were found in the lowland field(Taichung, chung-kung) and high available P contents (ca. 0.04) were found in acool upland field (Chaiyi, shin-cho, elevation 1250m). The organic contents of hogmanure used in lowland and upland soils were 81.4 and 75.6, respectively andwith the ratio of C/N were 22.6 and 10.5, respectively. The organic content ofcattle manure in upland was 77.2 and ratio of C/N was 19.4. The ratio of C/Nof hog manure we used in the upland was the lowest among three organic fertilizers. The horticultural characteristics were used as criteria to evaluate the effect oforganic amendaments on the lilium nourishment. The diameter of bulb of CasaBlanca seedling from tissue culture planted in the cold upland when amended withcattle manure was the largest (ca. 2.97cm) among five treatments. The diameter ofbulb of Star Gazer when planted in the cold upland field amended with hog manurewas the largest (ca. 2.39cm). Slightly larger bulbs were found in both cultivarswhen amended with hog manure plus chemical fertilizer (no. 43) in the lowlandplanting (Casa Blanca were 3.45 cm and Star Gazer were 2.53cm). The average diameter of bulb from second generation of Casa Blanca plants in the lowland field were about 14 cm. Flower numbers were the highest in hog ma nure amended plots. The average numbers of flower per plant were 4, and percentage of flowering was reached 90. The width of flower diameter were the greatest in the hog manure with P treatment (24.4cm). The data from plant elements analysis showed that P and K accumulated in bulb were higher than that in shoot and leaf of the second generation of Casa Blanca plants in the lowland field. The results indicated that P and K were impor tant to the lilium growth of second generation. |
