中文摘要 | 此研究中探討量測農產品於平衡狀態下其周圍環境之平衡相對濕度與溫度值,再以EMC公式計算農產品含水率。相對濕度計之量測值以事先建立之校正方程式轉換為直實值。EMC模式已考慮穀物乾燥溫度對此物性之量化影響。實驗所得數據與烤箱法所得之標準值比較結果顯示在不包含85%RH以上之量測值其含水率測定誤差平均值為1.0%以內。此種技術對穀物散裝貯藏之監控作業十分有用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the equilibrium relative humidity and temperature of the environment in equilibrate state with the agriculture products were measured, then the moisture contents of these products were calculated by the known EMC models. These EMC models had included the quantitative effects of drying temperatures on the samples. The reading values of the RH sensors were transferred by the calibration equation that be previously established. Comparing with the moisture values determinated by the oven method, the average deviations were within 1.0% for the rough rices and corn kernels excluding the RH measuring values above 85%. This technique could serve as a good monitoring system to detect the variations of temperature and moisture content for the bulk storaged grains. |
