中文摘要 | 由坐到站立是日常生活中很重要的活動;本實驗利用動態分析儀及力板 來研究14個正常的年輕人,由坐姿到站立過程中,若限制踝關節的背曲角度,對 髖關節的角度及力矩的影響,其間又加上三種不同高度椅子的因素考量,分別是 地面至膝關節高度的80.100及110。所得的結果取其一動作周期,分成100等分, 在角度方面,求得每一等分的平均值的最大值,而力矩方面,把每一等分除以身 高體重後,求其絕對值的最大值,利用反覆性方法(repeated measures)做變異數分 析(ANOVA)(p<0.05)。在角度方面,研究結果顯示,不論在左右腳,踝關節背曲 角度受限組,均比踝關節角度不受限制組角度大,且在左髖關節不論由何種高度 的椅子站起來及右髖關節由80膝關節高度椅子站起來,其兩種狀況之差異,均達 統計上的意義。至於力矩方面,不輪左右髖關節或由何種高度的椅子站起來,踝 關節角度受限制組也有比不受限制組大的趨勢,而兩尖峰力矩值之差。在左髖關 節由三種不同高度的椅子及右髖關節由80膝關節高度的椅子站起來,踝關節有無 受限制所造成的差異,具有統計上的意義。由本實驗可知,臨床上,我們應該盡 量保留踝關節角度的完整,以減輕在站起來過程中髖關節的負擔。(中華物療誌 1993;18(2):156-162) |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to study theeffects of limited ankle range on hip joint dur-ing rising from the chair. The mechanics of theboth hip joints were analyzed in 14 young,healthy adult subjects when rising from aseated position with the use of a motion analy-sis system and force platforms. Mechanics ofthe hip joint were described in terms of anglesand moments while rising from the seat heightscorresponding to 80, 100, and 110 of sub-ject's knee joint height, and under conditions ofankle free and ankle constrained. An analysis ofvariance with repeated measures showed thefollowing results: 1) There were significant dif-ferences in peak angle value of left hip jointrising from any of the three seat heights and of right hip joint rising from the chair with 80knee joint height when comparing betweenankle conditions. 2) There was a tendency thatthe peak moment of the hip joints in the ankleconstrained group was greater than that of theankle free group. 3) The differences betweentwo peak moments of left joint rising fromthree seat heights and of right hip joint risingfrom the chair with 80 knee joint height weresignificant. The study implies that limited rangeof ankle joint has influences on the hip joint, soit is important to keep the angle of the anklejoint as free as possible to prevent the abnormalchanges on the hip joints.
