| 中文摘要 | 本篇論文的主要目的為探討一表面電位會自我調整的細胞在吸附過程中電荷作用力變化的行為。溶液中陽性電解質濃度和pH值的影響因素均列入理論模式的考慮當中。藉由elliptic integrals的計算結果發現,陽性電解質並不一定會在細胞吸附過程中降低其電荷排斥力,有一 critical separation distance值存在。當吸附距離少於此值時,陽性電解質反而會增加其間的電荷排斥力。理論分析結果同時也發現溶液中pH值也會改變細胞體的吸附行為。 |
| 英文摘要 | The electrostatic interaction for the adhesion of a cell under charge regulation was considered in this present study. The ionizable surface groups of the adhesion cell were treated as a self- consistent function of the electrostatic potential, along with numerical examples being provided for illustrating the non-linear Poisson-Boltzmann equation. Applying with the elliptic integral functions, the presence of divalent cations in the suspension medium was indicated from the observed results to not always reduce the repulsion force during the whole adhesion period. The distance at which the effect of divalent cations exerted on the interaction force changes from positive (reducing the repulsion force) to negative (increasing the repulsion force) was defined as the critical separation distance. Also, the pH value of the bulk solution was observed as having the capability of altering the cellular adhesion behavior. |
