中文摘要 | 對於農業使用的N、p、K肥料,為節省人力的支出,往往都是混合施用, 因混合施肥後導致它們在土壤顆粒表面發生交互作用;例如氮、磷肥混合施到土 壤後,由於陰離子的專一性吸附(specific adsorption of anions)結果導致土壤顆粒表 面的負電荷量增加,因而增進更多NH��+離子的吸附與固定。銨固定作用在農業 應用上的意義,除了傳統肥力觀點外,銨固定作用能增進土壤氮素的儲存,且能 夠避免因NO��-的形成所造成的環境污染問題。本研究目的旨在探討專一性陰離 子吸附對銨固定的影響性。 磷酸鹽類施到土壤後很快被士壤埋粒子所吸附,在淋洗實驗中�eP的吸附於10小 時左右飽和,且經過24小時淋洗後所測得總固定性銨量約為原有固定性銨量的二 倍。在銨鞍離子固定過程中粘土礦物的種類及專一性陰離子吸附是銨固定的主要 因素。從粘土礦物種類及專一性陰離子吸附強度上的比較.結果發現蒙特石在專 一性陰離千吸附的促進作用下,對銨離子的固定量大於伊來石和高嶺石;因磷酸 根離子(H�烈O’HPO�荼�-)所增加之銨固定量稍大於硫酸根離子(SO�荼�-)。 |
英文摘要 | The fertilizers of N, P, K were usually applied by mixture for convenient and economicway. The mixed fertilizer will interact each other on the particle surface when they are a-pplied into the soil. The specific adsorption of anions would advance the negative charge ofsoil particles that results the more fixation of NH��+ Besides the viewpoint of traditional fertility, the ammonium fixation not only increased the reservation of nitrogen but also prevented the environmental pollution of NO��-. The aims of this study is to investigate the effectof specific adsorption of anions on the fixation of ammonium on clay surface.The results showed that phosphate ions were quickly adsorbed by soil particles. About34 of total phosphate was adsorbed by 5 gm soil after leaching for 10 hours and achievedsaturation. The amount of fixation of ammonium were double after leaching for 24 hours.Furthermore, the results indicated that the ammonium fixation was mostly controled by clayminerals and specific adsorption of anions. Under the promoting effects of specific adsorptionof anions, the amounts of fixed ammonium by montmorillonite were more than illite andkaolinite. The phosphate ions (H�烈O�淮nd HPO�荼�-) showed more profound effect of specific adsorption than sulfate (SO�荼�-) ion. |
