中文摘要 | 本篇研究是採用台灣雲杉、美國雲杉、蘇聯雲杉、台灣鐵杉、美國鐵杉、相思樹、木荷、橡膠木等八種省產與進口樹材進行乙醯化,在尺寸安定性方面,八種乙醯化材之徑向抗收縮效能皆高於77%,弦向抗收縮效能亦皆高於81%,顯示乙醯化後有很高的尺寸安定性。在吸濕性方面,八種乙醯化材於溫度40℃、相對濕度90%條件下試驗12天後己不再吸濕,其平衡含水率之範圍在6.2%-9.0%之間,比未處理材15.4%-19.8%範圍之平衡含水率低甚多,顯示乙醯化可大大地降低木材之吸濕性。 |
英文摘要 | Eight wood species were used for this experiment: Taiwan spruce, White spruce (USA), Elka spruce (USSR), Taiwan hemlock, Western hemlock, Taiwan acacia, Chinese guger-tree, Rubber wood, to determine the effects of the hygroscopicity of acetylated wood and its dimensioinal stability. The antishrinkage efficiency (ASE) in radial direction of eight acetyplated woods was more than 77%, and all of the ASE in tangential direction of eight acetylated woods was more than 81%. All of the acetylated woods showed higher dimensional stability. The hygroscopicity related to the equilibrium moisture content of eight acetylated woods was 6.2-9.0%, on the contrary untreated wood was 15.4-19.8% at 40℃, 90% R.H. condition for 12 days. The resuIt showed acetylation treatment could greatly reduce the hygroscopicity of wood. |
