| 英文摘要 | This study tried to test a set of hypotheses concerning correlations of organizational identification and individual back ground, personality political value orientation, organizational functions, and then construct a causal model of organizational identification. Based on a questionnaire survey of 508 central government public servants in the Republic of China, the findings supported the hypotheses that: (a)age, position, tenure, and identification were positively correlated, while education and identification was negatively correlated; (b)the correlations of modernity and identification, democratic value orientation and identification were negatively significant respectively. (c)work satisfaction, policy-making functions, sense of efficacy, and identification were all positively related. From the causal model of organizational identification built on the findings, the functional factor was found the most important and effective variable to lead to organizational identification. Besides, the negative correlation between value factor and identification was actually spurious. |
