中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討不同GA�倏@度(0,10,25,50,100ppm),配合噴佈次數(1-2次) 和不同噴佈時期,對本省雲嘉地區秋冬季裡作西洋芹菜生長之影響。試驗結果摘 要如下:1.GA�偃B理可增加西洋芹菜植株高度,其促進植株生長效果隨著濃度及 噴怖次數增加而提高。其中以GA��50ppm及100ppm處理一次及10ppm、25ppm、 50ppm、100ppm處理二次者,與對照區有顯著差異。2.GA�偃B理可使西洋芹菜 主要收穫部位葉片之葉柄第一段長度顯著增長,與無藥劑處理之對照區有顯著差 異。其中以噴佈GA��100ppm二次區長36.68公分及50ppm二次區長35.49公分增長 效果最明顯。葉柄之顏色由無處理之濃綠色轉變成淡翠綠色,具有提高市場消費 價值。葉柄第二段之長度隨著藥劑濃度增加及處理次數增加而增長。同時由於 GA�鬥P進植株高度及葉柄長度,採收修剪後之商品長度,亦隨著GA�倏@度及噴 佈次數增加而提高。3.西洋芹菜經GA�偃B理後,其葉片數有減少之現象。在 100ppm一次區及所有濃度處理二次區,均與無藥劑處理之對照區有顯著差異。但 在單株平均鮮重及商品重上,則無顯著差異。4.西洋芹菜定植後於不同時期, 以50ppm及100ppmGA�偃B理,在株高、商品長度、葉柄第一段長度,均與無藥劑 處理之對照區有顯著差異,其促進效果隨著GA�倏@度及定植日數之增加而提 高。5.西洋芹菜噴佈GA�鬥幓荇銴孛閂`有歪斜、扭轉左現象,其中以100ppm處 理一次區和50ppm、100ppm處理二次區情形較嚴重。此葉柄畸形之情形會影響西 洋芹菜產品之包裝及商品價值,所以於本省利用GA�偃B理西洋芹菜,不可以任 意提高濃度。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to investigate how different concentration ofGA�� (0,10,25,50,100 ppm) with different times ( 1 or 2 times) and periods ofspray will affect the growth of autumn and winter celery culture in Chia-Yiand Yung-Ling area, in Taiwan . The main results of the study are:1. Treatment of GA�� can greatly heighten the first section of petiole of celery leaf, and it is significantly different from no GA�� treatment. Spraying 100 ppm twice has the best growing effect. The length of the second section of petiole will increase when the concentration and spray times of GAa increas es. The differences between GA�� treatments and no GA�� treatment at the second section of petiole are less than the first section.2. Treatment of GA�� can heighten the length of celery plant. Increasing the concentration and spray times of GA�� will facilitate the growth effects of celery. The marketable length of harvested celery raises as the concentration and spraying times of GA�� increases.3. The number of leaf decreases after treating with GA��. There are significant differences between GA�� treatment (lOOppm once and all concentration of GA�� twice) and no GA�� treatment, but there are no significant differences between average fresh weight and marketable weight of single celery plant.4. At different growing periods, the effects of 50 ppm and 100 ppm GA�� treatment are significantly different from no GA�� treatment in plant height, marketable length and the first section length of petiole. The more planted days make the more effect.5. The petiole of celery malformed after spraying GA��; especially, spraying 100 ppm once, 50 ppm and 100 ppm twice will wake these phenomena more serious. The abnormal petiole will affect the packh; work and market value of celery. It is unwise to increase intendedly the concentration of GA�� to treat celery. |
