| 中文摘要 | 在物料存量管制中,有關EOQ的計算方法,已有數十年之歷史,其計算 方法雖有很多種,但其基本的目標是一致的,即在求其最佳之訂購量以使總成本 最低。然而所有的EOQ模式大多忽略了企業單位在實際運作中之有關戰略性或策 略性的因素,以致學者所提出之有關EOQ模式並沒有真正與實際的情況配合,而 無法完全適用於企業中。本研究為改進此項缺失,特提出一個以知識為基礎 (Knowledge-based)之決策支援系統,它可依據各種不同的情況,隨機應變地選擇 一個最適合該狀況之EOQ模式供企業作採購決策之參考。本研究之主要重點有三: 一、探討以前學者所提出之各種EOQ模式,並分析、歸納出各種EOQ模式之最 適用情況。 二、分析並找出決策者在做物料存量管制決策時,其所可能面臨的 各種情況及問題。 三、利用dBASE III PLUS仲有關的資料庫管理、Pascal做模 式的建構以及Prolog作為推論及判斷分析的工具,以建立一個智慧型的物料存量 管制決策支援系統;使得決策者得以在不同的條件、狀況下,選擇一適合目前狀 況的EOQ存貨模式。相信本系統的提出,將可使得以往學者所提出之EOQ理論 模式能與企業的實際狀況配合,而為企業所採納使用,以提高企業之物料存量管 制的成效並降低其成本。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the past few decades, there has been many EOQ models proposed in themanagement science domain. Although there are various models, their goals are thesame, that is, to achieve the best order quantity at the lowest total cost. Most EOQmodels, however, have overlooked the strategical overlooked the strategical factors inoperations of the enterprise organizations. As a result, the EOQ models presented byscholars cannot fit the real condition and are inapplicable in business enterprise. Inorder to improve EOQ models presented by scholars cannot fit the real condition andare inapplicable- in business enterprise. In order to improve EOQ model, I will propose a knowledge-based system for purchase decosion support which is able to adaptand choose the most suitable model in the changing circustances for the enterprise.This thesis contains three main parts as follows:(1) Analyze the EOQ models proposed by previous scholars and induct most suitableconditions in applying EOQ models.(2) Alanyze and find out the possible problems that the decision maker may face inmaterial control. (3) Construct a knowledge-based system in Prolog. Base on this system, an intelliegentdecision support system for materkal control is also constructed. It is believed that this decosion support system will make the toehritical EOQmodels match the actual requirements in enterprise so as to promote the effectivenessin material control. |
