中文摘要 | 本試驗係使用IAA、GA、ABA、IAA+GA、IAA+ABA和GA+ABA等六種不同試液,分 別處理胡瓜幼苗,以探討單型激素試液及交互型激素試液對胡瓜植株之花性表現及營養生長 的影響,利用小胡瓜喜燕品種為供試材料進行試驗,所獲結果,簡述如下: 1. IAA 及 ABA 兩種試液, 皆能增加雌花發生率,加強植株的雌性化,其中尤以 ABA 之效 果特別顯著;GA 試液則能增加雄花數,誘致植株雄性化的效果特別明顯。 2. IAA + GA、IAA + ABA 及 GA + ABA 等交互型試液處理結果,植株之雌雄花性發生數 量均較對照組為高。但與單型試液相比,則發現 IAA + GA 及 GA + ABA 等兩組的雄花數 , 均比 GA 單型試液處理者為少, 証明原本具有強勢誘發雄花發生的 GA,因 IAA 或 ABA 的交互作用而減弱植株的雄性化,而對雌花的影響較小,顯示 GA 與 IAA 或 ABA 之間存有 負面的交互作用。 IAA + ABA 交互型試液處理結果,其雌雄花數量與 IAA 或 ABA 單型試 液之結果相似。 IAA 和 ABA 交互作用結果, 並無預期產生大量雌花的效果,証明 IAA 和 ABA 交互作用時,並未發生互惠的促進效果。 3. 在試驗過程中,各組植株之花數,都集中在前半段觀察期間出現, 而在後半段觀察期間 ,花朵出現率有逐漸降低的趨勢。 4. IAA、GA 及 IAA + GA 等三種試液,對胡瓜主蔓伸長都有促進效果,其中尤以 GA 之效 果較顯著;而 ABA、IAA + ABA 和 GA + ABA 等試液,對胡瓜主蔓之伸長有抑制作用,其 中尤以 ABA 之效果較為顯著。 5. IAA + GA、 IAA + ABA 等試液會抑制主蔓上之側枝發生, 而 GA、ABA 及 GA + ABA 等試液則有促進側枝發生的效果,尤其以 GA + ABA 之處理效果最明顯。 至於各組試液對 胡瓜植株之葉片乾物重及葉綠素含量的影響,彼此間並無明顯差異。 |
英文摘要 | In order to investigate the effects and its interactions of plant hormones on the sex expression and the vegetative growth of cucumber plants, the cucumber seedlings were treated with IAA (500ppm), GA(500ppm), ABA(30ppm), "IAA+GA", "IAA+ABA", and "GA+ABA". The results were shown as follows: 1. IAA and ABA increased the number of female flowers and decreased the male flowers. ABA has showed significant effect on promoting female flower occurrence. GA has increased the male flowers and decreased the female flowers definitely. 2. The mixed-type hormones, "IAA+GA", "IAA+ABA", and "GA+ABA", have induced much more male and female flowers than the control (CK). Compared with the single-type hormone, "IAA+GA" and "GA+ABA" induced less male flowers than GA. It has showed that GA staminate potential was inhibited while mixed with IAA or ABA, and negative interaction effect between GA and IAA or ABA was found. The effect of "IAA+ABA" treatment which induced both male and female flower number is similar to IAA or ABA, separtely. The interaction of IAA and ABA did not induce abundant female flowers as predicted. Therefore, "IAA+ABA" did not have mutual promoting effect on female flower occurrence. 3. The frequency of flower appearance almost emerged at the earlier observation period, and declined in the later growth stage. 4. IAA, GA and "IAA+GA" all promoted stem elongation, GA has the most effectiveness among them. ABA, "IAA+ABA" and "GA+ABA" all inhibited stem elongation in cucumber plants, ABA has severe inhibition effect. 5. "IAA+GA", "IAA+ABA" both inhibited lateral shoot growth, GA, ABA and "GA+ABA" promoted lateral shoot growth effectively. All treatments have no significant effects on leaf dry weight and chlorophyll contents of cucumber plants. |
