英文摘要 | 馬哈納迪三角洲的紅樹林,佔了全印度64種中的62種,並且有相當特殊的性質。 Heritiera fomes 與 H. littoralis 的切斷莖與通氣層經 IAA, IBA 和 NAA 處理後,可經 由發根而達成營養繁殖。 與 H. littoralis 比較, 經 IBA (5,000 ppm ) 和 NAA (2,500 ppm) 同時處理的 Heritiera fomes 之環剝後的切斷莖和通氣層,在根數目上有相同地顯著 增加。 最大的根數目可經由 IBA (5,000 ppm ) 和 NAA (1,000 ppm) 共同處理 H. littoralis 得到。在全面根數目的感應上,IBA 和 NAA 之組合較 IAA 和 NAA 組合有較佳 之反應。因外加的植物生長激素而造成發根反應的差異,也反映在切斷莖與通氣層於根的初 生,萌發與發育時之代謝變化。在預先環剝的組織上,於根發生與隨後的發育階段,均可觀 察到還原醣量增加,而此一現象可因植物生長激素處理而增強。在兩種植物的根發生階段均 可觀察到總糖量、碳水化合物及多酚類化合物量降低, 而總氮量與 C/N 比值有升高現象。 和環剝後的切斷莖比較,環剝部位以上的通氣層的光合產物與氮化合物的累積量較少。 IBA 和 NAA 的相互作用,在根發育時會促進澱粉水解,並隨後造成 C/N 比下降,而在初生根發 育階段會造成蛋白質 -- 氮活性上升。 植物生長激素會增加氮素轉移至發根區, 而促進了 Heritiera 發根率。 s at initiation as well as at subsequent stages of root development, which was further enhanced by the use of auxins. A decrease in the total sugar, carbohydrate, and polyphenols and an increase in the total nitrogen and a high C/N ratio were noted at the root initiation stage in both species. there was less accumulation of photosynthates and nitrogen in the above-girdled tissues in air-layers than the pre-girdled cuttings. Interaction of IBA and NAA promoted starch hydrolysis during root development and subsequently reduced the C/N ratio and increase the protein-nitrogen activity during the development of root primordia. The auxin influenced mobilization of nitrogen to the rooting zone promoted the rooting efficiency in Heritiera. |
