中文摘要 | 一個好的圖書館,一定有良好的參考服務。參考館員乃是館藏與讀者之 間的橋樑,天天面對讀者,處於第一線,地位非常重要。讀者不見得了解圖書館 館藏發展的得失,及編目是否精良,但對參考館員的服務與態度是否合宜,卻是 立即可判知的,圖書館的服務型態正在銳變,資訊科技的普遍運用,使得館員所 面對的挑戰增高,除了心理上必須去接受外,更需不斷努力充實專業與資訊相關 的知識,才能勝任。本文簡介政大圖書館參考業務的發展、現況、與建議未來的 展望一一制訂服務政策、發展館藏、資訊檢索服務、調查統計、圖書館利用教育、 館員繼續教育。 |
英文摘要 | A Good library depends on its satisfactory services and presentable referencematerials. The librarian serves as a bridge between its collection and the readers.Meeting the readers every day, the librarian is positioned in the front line holding avery important job. For the majority of the readers, they would not understand howgood or how bad the collection the library possesses. They would not be able to judgethe compilation of the catalogs. But they can tell right away if the service and theattitude of the librarian is appropriate. The Types of service a library provides are rapidly chaning and the all toopopular application of hi-tech data by readers have presented the librarian anever-increasing new challenge. To do a good job, the librarian not only has toprepare, psychologically acceptance of the job, but also to pursue continuing educationin job-related fields, including knowledge of related information. This thesis discuss briefly the development and status of the National ChengchiUniversity Library. In addition, a suggested future prospect is listed to includeservice policy, development of collection, information retrieval, survey and statistics,library instruction, and finally, the continuing education education for the employedlibrarians. |
