中文摘要 | 本篇報告的目的在綜合整理一些近年來將功能性電刺激器(Functional Electrical Stimulator),簡稱(FES)應用在因為脊椎損傷而上肢或下肢癱瘓病患上的研究論文。第一部份為Graupe等人以上半身胸部肌肉的表面肌電圖信號為輸入控制指令,進而活化下半身肌肉,達成站立與步行等功能的FES系統。第二部份為Handa等人發展的多通道四肢癱瘓病患上肢功能輔助FES系統。報告中指出這是第一套能夠成功控制C4程度四肢癱瘓病患手指/手腕/手肘等動作的FES系統。主要以兩個呼吸壓力器接受使用者以嘴部吐氣控制輸入指令。最後,本文也將歸納整理在FES系統研究上一些值得國內學者投入研究的課題。 |
英文摘要 | The applications of functional electrical stimulator (FES) is restoring limb function to spinal cord injuried patients reported in recent articles are surveyed and discussed. The first system was demonstrated by Graupe et al. which employed above-lesion surface EMG signals to activate standing and walking functions in a patient responsive manner. The second one is a multichannel FES system designed by Handa et al. for the restoration of upper extremity function of quadriplegics. This system is the first success in controlling a finger /wrist/elbow in a C4 quadriplegic in which two respiratory sensors were used for dectecting volitonal control commands. Finally, We point out some topics of FES system which domestic researchers may work on. |
