中文摘要 | 調配硝化纖維素底漆(NCP)、動物膠底漆(AGP)、胺基醇酸樹脂底漆(AAP)及聚氯基甲酸醋底漆(PUP)與硝化纖維素面漆(NCT)、胺基醇酸樹脂面漆(AAT)及聚氯基甲酸醋面漆(PUT),組成十二種層附塗裝系統(底漆/面漆),塗佈於中密度纖維板(MDF)、槽木薄片貼面纖維板(TRCVF)及橡木薄片貼面纖維板(ROVF)等基材,應用粗糙度儀、光澤度計、剝離強度試驗儀、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡,評估其塗膜附著力與外觀性質,試驗結果歸納如下:三種基材中,TRCVF及ROVF板之材面粗糙度及光澤度受測定方向所影響,且具有顯著差異,粗糙度值於平行纖維方向者小於垂直纖維方向者,光澤度則前者大於後者;MDF板之粗糙度及光澤度值不受測定方向影響。板材經不同層附塗裝處理,塗膜表面粗糙度比未塗裝材,減小59~90%而光澤度則增加7~60倍,其大小受板材、底漆、面漆及塗裝層附方式等種類所影響。三種板材經塗佈PUT面漆後,可獲得最佳塗膜附著力,依次為ATT者,最小為NCT者,三者間差異顯著,前兩種處理所得附著力約為後者之5~10倍;MDF板選擇NCP、AAP及PUP底漆與PUT面漆;TRCVF板選擇NCP及AGP底漆與PUT面漆;ROVF板選擇NCP、AGP、AAP及PUP底漆與PUT面漆等層附塗裝系統,可以獲得最佳塗膜附著力;藉助SEM及剝離強度試驗儀,能夠觀察塗膜剝離破壞情形及獲得數據化之附著力。 |
英文摘要 | Three kinds of commercial panel(middle density fiberboard, Taiwan red cypress veneered fiberboard, red oak veneered fiberboard) were prepared with #180 sanding belts and finished with four different wood sealer (nitrocellulose primer, animal glue primer, amino-alkyd primer, polyurethane primer). These panels were then sanded with #240 sanding belts and finished with three different topcoats (nitrocellulose lacquer, amion-alkyd lacguer, polyurethane lacquer). The primer/ topcoat were lap combined into twelve finishing systems that were tested to assess system adhesion and appearance .Their performance properties drawn from these studies are summarized as follows: 1. The effect of wood grain direction (parallel to fiber direction and vertical to fiber direction) on the surface roughness and gloss is significant in Taiwan red cypress veneered fiberboard (TRCVF), red oak veneered-fiberboard (ROVF).But is not significant in the middle density fiberboard (MDF). Surface roughness of parallel to fiber direction is lower than that vertical to fiber direction. Adversely, the gloss were higher. 2. Painted panels showed better appearance than non-coated wood. The roughness was decreased 59-90% and gloss was increased 7-60 times after coating. 3. Panels finished with polyurethance topcoat (PUT) generally showed best adhesion, then followed by painted panels with amino-alkyd topcoat (AAT), however adhesion of those finished with nitrocellulose topcoat (NCT) were very poor. The adhesion of panels finished with previous two topcoats was increased 5-10 times than NCT topcoat. In MDF panel finished with amino-alkyd, polyurethane, nitrocellulose primer as wood sealer often showed best adhesion, and animal glue primer showed the worst. In Taiwan red cypress veneered fiberboard panel finished with NCP, AGP primer as wood sealer showed best adhesion, and those with AA primer was the worst. In red oak veneered fiberboard panel finished with PUP primer as wood sealer showed best adhesion, and those with AAP primer was the worst. |
