中文摘要 | 本試驗以臺茶12號和青心烏龍為供試品種,探討不同氮源處理對茶菁品質化學成分之影響。為避免土耕過多干擾因子,本試採用砂耕栽培法,每週更換營養液一次,經過一段時間處理後,按春茶、夏茶、六月白、秋茶及冬茶等不同季節取樣調查分析。藉此尋求最佳氮素肥培管理,以期得到高產優質的茶菁原料,製出更好的茶葉。 臺茶12號及青心烏龍二供試品種,施以硝酸態氮肥料,除可以增加茶菁可溶分及總多元酚類含量外,其餘如全氮、總游離胺基酸、咖啡因、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白質等各項化學成分含量均較尿素或硫酸銨肥料處理為低。除此之外,二供試驗品種在不同季節對於硫酸銨肥料和尿素處理略有不同反應。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of various N sources on the chemical compositions of tea fresh leaf. Two tea cultivars, Taiwan Tea Expermant Station No. 12 and Chin-Shin Oolong, were grown in sand culture supplied with 40 ppm of ammonium nitrogen (ammonium sulfate)、nitrate nitrogen (calcium nitrate and potassium nitrate) and urea, respectively. The experiment was conducted in the Taiwan Tea Experiment Station (from 1990 to 1992), and tea plants were sampled during the growth period. The results indicated that soluble solid and total polyphenol were increased significantly in both cultiuars after nitrate-N treatment, Whereas cont4ents of total nitrogen, total free amino acid, caffeine, soluble sugar and soluble protein in tea fresh leaf were lower as compared with those of tea fresh leaf subjected to ammonium-N or urea treatments. To the conclusion, chemical components of tea plant were more affected by the environments than nitrogen sources due to there existed more seasonal variation in both two cultivars. |
