中文摘要 | 本試驗以臺茶12號和青心烏龍為供試品種,探討不同氮源處理對茶菁產量、產量構成成分及茶芽農藝性狀之影響。為避免土耕干擾因子,採用砂耕栽培法,按春茶、夏茶、六月白、秋茶及冬茶等不同季節取樣調查分析。藉此尋求最佳氮素肥培管理,以期得到高產優質的茶菁原料,製出更好的茶葉。 二供試品種在尿素或硫酸銨處理下,茶菁產量較高,主要是由於每株茶芽數目的增加,茶芽重量的影響較小。硝酸態氮(硝酸鉀和硝酸鈣)處理下,茶菁產量降低,除芽數減少外,芽重亦較輕。 二供試品種以尿素或硫酸銨處理,其茶芽特別肥大,硝酸態氮處理之茶芽葉片小,節間莖亦短小,茶芽生長特別差,故茶菁產量較尿素或硫酸銨處理明顯減少。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of various N sources on fresh yields, yield components and shoot bud characteristics of tea plants. Two tea cultivars, cv. TTES No.12 and Chin-Shin Oolong, were grown in sand culture supplied with 40ppm of ammonium sulfate, nitrate (as calcium nitrate and potassium nitrate) or urea. The experiment was conducted from 1989 to 1992 in the Taiwan tea Experiment station, and tea plants were sampled during the growth period. Tea shoot yields was the highest in urea of ammonium-N treatment where as that of the nitrate-N treatment was the lowest. Increase of fresh tea yields mainly resulted from the increment of shoot number and partially the increment of shoot weight. In addition, shoot leaf emergence and growth rate were more rapid and higher. Tea results indicated that leaves, width, thickness, and leaf area, as well as diameter of internode and length of internode for tea shoot bud were higher under urea or ammonium-N treatment than that under nitrate-N treatment.
