| 中文摘要 | 將台茶12號與青心烏龍種茶苗,以低過原種植面l公分,5公分及10公分之深 度,定植於長寬高為30xl0X60公分之觀根箱中,以觀察根之生長與分布。5月定植後,當年 9月在觀根箱表面開始有茶根出現。根系的生長量,台茶12號三種種植深度均以秋末(10-11 月)至次年春末(5月)為主,4月茶樹萌芽後,5月開始莖葉急速生長後,根菜之生長即明 顯減少;青心烏龍種根系生長可概分為兩週期,第一週期在10月至次年萌芽前,第二週期在 地上部急速生長期。9月所有植株均開始開花,導致在地上部與地下部生長幾乎完全停止。 青心烏龍種茶樹在觀根箱內壁根長度與實際根重、地上部重及總重量均呈正相關;台茶]2號 則5公分深者之根重、地上部重及總重最高;種植10公分深者在觀根箱內壁的根長雖與前者 相近,但實際根重卻最低。種植1公分深者,兩品種之根系均多為向下生長之主根,地表的 吸收根很少,地上部,分枝少,台茶12號樹型甚至於有小喬木之趨勢。5公分深及10公分 深者則明顯有雙層根系之趨勢,其中青心烏龍兩種種植深度之上層之根重量均為根總重之 29.1%,下層根則為70.9%,而台茶12號在種植5公分深時,上層根之比例為30%,但種 植深度為l0公分時,上層根已佔55%,明顯較下層根大,依此種根分佈狀況看,田間給水 系統良好之地區種植深度10公分較為有利,因其表層吸收根密且多,對灌溉與施肥之反應 較佳;田間給水系統不佳之地區,仿似深層根比例較高為佳,但種植深度僅一公分時,在以 往田間移植之經驗中,成活率較差,故以種植5公分深為宜。 |
| 英文摘要 | "TTES No.12" and " Chin Hsin Oolong" tea cutting were transplanted in root observation chamber to observe tea root growth. The cutting was planted 1 cm, 5 cm and 10 cm lower than the original planting place, to observe the influencc of transplanting depth on the growth and distribution of roots. Tea roots emerged on the observation face of the chamber at September. Root growth of TTES No.12 increased sharply from autumn of current year (October) to early spring (February to Aril) of next year, and peaked in early spring, then fell of sharply during the month of June to July, and continued to gradually decline for the rest of year, after September of the second year, the growth of root almost stopped. There were 2 root grown seasons of "Chin-Hsin" Oolong, one was from autumn to next year spring, another was summer to early autumn. Flowering might be the main reason for the growth stopping of roots. Root length on the observation face, root weight, shoot weight and total weight were positively correlated to transplanting depth in " Chin-Hsin Oolong", but in "TTES No.12", the plant in 5 cm transplanting depth had the heaviest root weight, shoot weight and total weight, Although the plant in 10 cm transplanting depth of TTES No. 12 had the lightest root weight, they still had longest root on the observation face of root observation chamber. Most of the plant in deeper transplanting depth (5 cm and 10 cm) condition had 2 layer of roots, especially in 10 cm condition. In "Chin-Hsin Oolong", all of treatments had 29.1% root weight in of upper layer root system, but in TTES No. 12, the percentage of upper layer root system were 30% root weight in the plant of 5 cm transplanting depth and 55% root weight in the plant of 10 cm transplanting depth. |
