| 中文摘要 | 本文以乙醚萃取及放射免疫分析法測定耳目魚、黃鰭鯛、吳郭魚和虹鱒四種胚胎或仔魚之皮質素醇,並比較其成長過程中皮質素醇含量之變化。得到以下結果:(1)以乙醚萃取魚類胚胎和仔魚、吳郭魚、與虱目魚可達85% 以上之萃取率,而虹鱒則約65% 之萃取率,由於同種之不同發育階段之萃取率沒有顯著差異,所以在同一種魚間的卵黃多寡並不會影響萃取率。(2)胚胎仔魚之皮質素醇可用放射免疫分析法定量。(3)四種魚之皮質素醇含量,皆隨成長發育而增加。 |
| 英文摘要 | Cortisol was prepared from the whole eggs and larvae of milk fish (Chanos chanos), yellowfin bream (Acanthopagrus latus), tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and rainbow trout (Salmo gairdnerz) by the Ether-extraction method and measured with the Radioimmunoassay technique, and the changes of cortisol content was compared for the whole growing stages. In the present study, our data was shown as below: (1) The recovery rate of cortisol from embryos and larvae was higher than 85% in tilapia, yellowfin bream and milkfish, and 65% in rainbow trout. Nonsignificant difference was found among larvae with different stages in the same species fishes. Therefor the content of yolk would not affect on the recovery rate. (2) The cortisol of larvae could be determined with RIA techniques. (3) the cortisol content of 4 species were increased with the developmental stages. |
