中文摘要 | 本研究利用放射性免疫測定分析法來定量接受不同形式電性刺激後-如電容耦合式電場刺激及脈衝式電磁場刺激,人工腓骨骨折手術部位之實驗兔子腓骨及周圍肌肉其前列腺素E2濃度之變化情形。本實驗選取六十隻純種紐西蘭公兔做為實驗動物,採取完全逢機設計。共分為八組:1).正常組、2).起始參考組、3).控制組、4).Indomethacin抑制組、5).電容耦合式電場刺激組、6).電容耦合式電場刺激+Indomethacin組、7).脈衝式電磁場刺激組、以及8).脈衝式電磁場刺激+Indomethacin組。除第1).、2).組之兔隻數目為3隻以外,其餘各組兔隻數均為9隻。由實驗結果我們推斷:(一).電容耦合式電場刺激促進骨折癒合可能是以前列腺素E2為媒介,而腺嘌呤基環狀酶亦可能參與其中。此酵素之活化誘發骨痂大量生成及鈣化,進而加速骨折癒合。(二).電容耦合式電場刺激可能較脈衝式電磁場刺激有效。 |
英文摘要 | A radioimmunoassay technique was used to measure the changes of prostaglandin E2 concentration in the manual fractured fibulae and their surrounding muscles after they were submitted to two different types of electrical stimulations, the capacitively coupled electric field and specific pulsed electromagnetic field. Using completely randomized design, sixty New-Zealand male rabbits were divided into eight different groups, normal, initial reference, control, indomethacin-treated, capacitively coupled electric field stimulation, capacitively coupled electric field stimulation with indomethacin-treated, pulsed electromagnetic field stimulation, and pulsed electromagnetic field stimulation with indomethacin-treated groups. Results showed that the repairing and healing processes of fractured bones that enhanced by capacitively coupled electric field might be mediated by the changes of prostaglandin E2 and might relate to the activation of adenylate cyclase. The activated enzyme induces callus formation and calcification to enhance fracture healing. After comparing these different types of electrical stimulation, the capacitively coupled electric field might have a better effect on bone fracture healing than the pulsed electromagnetic field stimulation. |
