中文摘要 | 本文旨在建立機械製圖之表面符號彈性標註自動化系統, 解決標註過程中所遭遇之問題。為提升實用價值,採取應用較廣之AutoCAD繪圖軟盤為基礎環境;利用其開放性架構,高等使用者界面, 圖像功能表、大字體檔、中文字型及內建Auto LISP程式語言等特性,針對最新CNS表面符號規範,建立人性化之彈性標註系統。研究結果顯示本文所提供之系統,不僅簡化傳統標註法之繁瑣, 並解決中文與特殊符號標註不便之缺失, 便表面符號之標註在簡單、迅速,整齊且符合經濟效益下完成。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to establish the automation system for the flexible marking of surface quality symbols used in the mechanical drawing, and to fend off the problems encountered during the marking process, To enlarge the application field of this study, the Auto CAD drawing package was used as the basic environment. The open architecture, advanced user interface (AVI), icon menu, big font, Chinese word type and built-in Auto LISP language were applied to build up the flexible and humanized marking system according to the updated CNS surface quality symbol specifications. The result of this investigation shows that sophistication and inconvenience met in the marking of Chinese and special surface symbols has been ruled out. Therefore, the marking of surface quality symbols can be done more fast, easily, neatly, and meet economic benefits. |
