中文摘要 | 熔接在工作圖是以符號立方式來表示。由於熔接種類甚多,且尺度又具變化性,因此,無論採傳統或電腦繪圖方式,熔接符號之繪製均可謂是一種費時又費力的工作。本文旨在建立熔接符號標註自動化之優良環境,徹底解決其在繪製過程中所遭遇之困難。為了配合工業界與教育界現況,本文係採應用較廣之AutoCAD R.10以上版本為基礎,利用其開放架構、特殊大字體檔、圖像功能表及內建AutoLisp程式語言等特性,針對CNS熔接符號標註最新規定,撰寫熔接符號標註自動化程式,並經由較人性化之交談方式輸入相關之熔接符號及尺度。研究結果顯示,本系統所提供之環境,使熔接符號標註能在一氣呵成下完成,不僅大大的提高了繪圖速度?更達成操作簡易、清晰、且符合經濟效益之要求。 |
英文摘要 | Welding is expressed with symbols in the working chart. Because of various kinds of welding and changeable sizes, the drawing of welding symbols is a laborious and time-consuming work either by traditional method or by computer drawing. This thesis aims at developing an excellent environment for welding symbol dimensioning automation and completely solving the difficulties encountered in the drawing process. In order to coordinate with the status of industrial and educational circles, this thesis adopts the broader version of Auto CAD R.10 or advanced as the basis and utilizes its features of opened structure, special big font, Icon menu, slide file, AutoLisp programing language, According to the latest rule of CNS welding symbol dimensioning, we program welding symbol dimensioning automation, and input related welding symbol and size through a more humanized way of communication. From the result of this research, it shows that the environment provided in this sytem can complete the welding symbol dimensioning at one time; it not only largely speeds up drawing but also meets the requirements for easy operation, clearness, and economy. |
