中文摘要 | 白崇亮先生曾在1969年,利用「個人價值觀問卷」作了一次我國企業經營者個人 價值觀之查。可是,事經多年之後,國內社會、政治、經濟結構都已有了重大變化,而這些 變化都可能造成個人價值觀的改變。本研究目的之一就是再作一次調查,以了解經營者之個 人價值觀是否真的有所改變。此外,經營者除了可能受到公司價值觀的影響外,他們亦極易 受到社會價值觀之影響。這兩股力量到底誰的衝擊較大呢?本研究第二個目的則在試圖尋求 其答案。本研究第三個目的則是想要了解國內經營者認為近年來國內外發生的各重大事件中 ,何者對其個人價值觀影響最大。 本研究根據最新的「中華民國經理人名錄」,以系統抽樣方式抽出 1900 位經營者作一組樣 本。同時,藉由國內某知名企業之協助,以該企業五百位中級主管為第二組樣本。分析結果 顯示:我國企業經營者在價值傾向方面,由原本占最多數的道義傾向,轉變成以混合傾向占 最多數。但是在價值結構方面,則沒有顯著之改變。顯示我國企業經營者的價值系統仍相當 穩定,並未受到社會變遷太大的影響。此外,研究結果顯示,A公司主管之價值觀與一般企 業經營者並無顯著不同,顯示公司價值觀之影響力可能不及社會價值觀來得大。至於經營者 認為影響最鉅的事件中,仍以經濟事件居先。一些曾引起熱烈討論之政治爭執,反而不如預 期般對經營者有太大的衝擊。 |
英文摘要 | Chung-liang Pai had made the first survey of Taiwanese managers' personal values in 1979. Anyway, since his survey, Taiwan has undergone many radical changes which may induce the managers' personal values to change. Therefore, the first objective of this study is to survey again the personal values of Taiwanese managers in 1992 so as to see whether there is really a value change. Moreover, this study also tries to find out whether social values or corporate values are more powerful in influencing managers' personal values. The third objective of this study is to find out which events happening in the past few years all over the world is most influential in managers' personal values. By systematic sampling, 1,900 managers sampled from the latest Directory of Executives in the Republic of China are the first set of managers in this study. Likewise, through the assistance of A company, a well-known company in Taiwan, 500 middle-level managers employed in A company are selected as the second set of managers in this study. The results show that most of the managers in 1992 have shifted to possess mixed value orientations while in 1979 moralistically oriented managers are the majority. However, the value profiles of managers show no significant difference between two different period of times. In addition, the research findings indicate the personal values of managers in A company are not different from those of managers outside A company. At last, the relatively more influential events are primarily concerned with the economics in Taiwan rather than those controversial, politically involved events. |
