中文摘要 | 鐵磷軟磁材料一般均由粉末冶金方法製造,在製造的過程中各個製程參 數以及所用之原料均會對產品之磁性造成相當大的影響,本研究之目的即在比較 硬脂酸鋅、硬脂酸鋰、Acrawax及Kenolube等四種潤滑劑對Fe-0.45P軟磁材料之成 形過程及其磁性質之影響。 實驗結果顯示,硬脂酸鋅提供最佳之流動性、視密度及生胚密度,而在經過550 ℃,15分鐘之脫脂過程後,以Acrawax之燒除最為完全,而後依序是Kenolube、硬 脂酸鋰、硬脂酸鋅。在殘留含碳量上則以硬脂酸鋰最高,但此四種潤滑劑對燒結 後Fe-0.45P材料之磁性質並沒有明顯之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Fe-P soft magnetic materials are usually made by the powder metallurgy process. The raw materials and the processing parameters are the key factors affecting the magnetic properties of such materials. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of four lubricants, zinc stearate, lithium stearate, Acrawax ,and Kenolube, on the mixed powder characteristics and the magnetic properties of sintered Fe-0.45Psoft magnets. Results show that zinc stearate provides the highest flow rate, apparent desnity, and compressibility. Acrawax has the most complete burn-off after 15 minutes debinding at 550℃, followed by Kenolube ,lithium stearate, and zinc stearate. Compacts using lithium stearate have the highest residual carbon content after debinding. The differences on magnetic properties between sintered magnets using these fourlubricants are insignificant. |
