中文摘要 | 電滲(iontophoresis)係應用電場,以促進離子性藥物之經皮吸收。此研究主要目的為設計-電滲裝置專用之電流源,可程式化控制且可隨時間設定下列參數:(a)電流量(70μA-30 mA),(b)頻率(100-1000 Hz),(c)電流波形(正弦波,正波,鋸齒波,三角波及脈波)及(d)電流波形之工作週期。此裝置包含-16個字元之LCD顯示幕,及-12個按鍵之鍵盤,可提供15組程式控制設定。 本研究選用8751單晶片做為微處理器,以組合語言撰寫控制程式,完成後,燒錄到8751之EPROM內,驅動本系統之硬體裝置。 本研究自製之定電源裝置,其功能輕體外測試後,結果顯示程式的控制功能適合本系統的設計,且穩定程度相當高。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to design a current source for iontophoresis device in which the following parameters could be programmable against time: (a) current (70μA-3 mA), (b) frequency (100-1000 Hz), (c) current wave forms (which were: sine wave, square wave, saw-tooth wave, triangle wave and pulse), and (d) current on/off duration. This device contained a 16 characters’ LCD for display and a 12 keys’ keyboard. It was programmable up to 15 stages. In this study, a CPU 8751 was selected as the microprocessor, software, written in assembly language, was compilied and then was written into the EPROM of 8751 to drive the hardware of this system. It showed a satisfactory design in the function of programming and good stability in the in vitro delivery testing. |
