中文摘要 | 本試驗於民國78年7∼9月間,從高屏地區採集市販豬肩部肌肉檢體共155件, 以高效液相層析法檢測肉中carbadox之殘留量。依設定之分析方法,其檢測結果如下: carbadox標準品之分析靈敏度為0.25ppm;豬肉中之分析靈敏度為0.03ppm。155件檢體經 檢驗carbadox之殘留量,結果陽性殘留率0%,亦即階低於衛生署公告之容量標準或本試驗 法之肉中檢測靈敏度0.03ppm。 |
英文摘要 | A total of 155 samples of marketed pig shoulder meat had been collected from July to September, 1989 both in Kaoshiung and Pingtung. Residual levels of carbadox of these samples were also tested with high performance liquid chromatography. The respective analysis sensitivities of carbadox in standard solution and pig meat were shown by the results to be 0.25 and 0.03 ppm. No carbadox (above 0.03 ppm) was detected in each of the marketed meat collected. The residual levels of all the tested samples were below the tolerance level shown by National Health Administration, Executive Yuan, ROC. |
