中文摘要 | 為了瞭解台灣實驗動物脂溶性維生素含有情形,1980年由數個實驗動物 中心採取152個血液樣本以HPLC測定其維坐素A及維生素E含量,結果得知實驗動 物血中的維生素A含量因季節而有不同,夏季由6.4至36.8μg/dl。冬季中55.3至 154.8μg/dl。所有實驗動物的維生素E皆低於正常值,以158隻實驗動物血中維生 素A含且及維生素E含量作相關分析,得其判定係數為0.03,顯示二者無相關 (P>0.05)。 另以維生素A缺乏飼料餵飼大白鼠75天以清除肝中維生素A,再給予不同劑量的 維生素A及及維生素E5週,觀察其生長情形及免疫反應。在體重方面,添加維生 素A及維生素E有維持增重的功用。在抗體形成方面,維生素A及維生素E可提升 鼠對綿羊紅血球的擬集素力價,而在維生素A缺乏組中維生素E無此作用。由此 得知維生素E需有維生素A的存在下才有免疫促進的作用。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the situation of vitamin A and vitamin Estatus in laboratory animals in Taiwan, 152 blood samples werecollected from several animal centers and determined the vitamincontents by HPLC in 1980. The results indicated that serum vitamin Aconcentrations of laboratory animals varied in different seasons, whichwere 6.4 to 36.8 ng/dl in summer and 55.3 to 154,8μg/dl in winter.AIIlaboratory animals had serum vitamin E concentration much lowerthan normal. There was no correlation between serum vitamin A andvitamin E concentrations (r�� = 0,03, p > 0.05). Rats fed with vitamin A-deficient diet for 75 days to clean thevitamin A content in the liver were supplied with various amount ofvitamin A and vitamin E for another 5 weeks in order to examine theeffect of those 2 vitamins on the immune response in laboratory rats.Both vitamins maintained the body weight gain and increased theproduction of agglutinin and haemolysin to sheep red blood cell, butvitamin E was unable to stimulate the immune response without thepresence of vitamin A. Vitamin E can maintain the body weight gain but not stimulate the immune reaction without the presence of vitamin A. In conclusion, vitamin E Shows its immunostimulating action only in the presence of vitamin A. |
