| 中文摘要 | 氯黴素以50mg/kg b.w.之劑量肌肉注射肉豬一次後20分血清濃度達到高 峰4.45μg/ml,但於投藥後1小時即開始下降,在投藥後24小時降至0.31μg/ml, 始終沒有達到有效濃度5-10μg/ml。以上述劑量每隔12小時注射一次,連續注射 三天,停止投藥後在各組織中之殘留期間,肝臟為5天,腎臟為6天,注射部位肌 肉為4天,肌肉為3天。 氯黴素以30mg/kg b.w.力價之劑量對肉雞分別肌肉注射基質及琥珀酸鈉一次,前 者於投藥後3小時達到高峰4.14μg/ml,後者於投藥後30分達到高峰13.64μg/ml, 但於投藥後3小時即降至1.52μg/ml。前者始終沒有達到有效濃度5-10μg/ml,後 者則維持有效濃度約2小時。將氯黴素基質以上述劑量每隔12小時投藥一次,連 續注射三天,停止投藥後在肉雞各組織中之殘留期間,肝臟為3天,腎臟為2天, 注射部位肌肉為2天:肌肉為1天。 |
| 英文摘要 | A single does of Chlorampehmcol base at 50 mg/kg b.w. wasadministered by the intramnuscular injection (IM) route to swine, itreached the highest concentration of 4.45 μg/ml in 20 minutes, andbegan to decrease in 1 hour and declined to 0.31 μg/ml in 24 hoursafter administration. This result indicates that Chloamphenicol baseat this dose is unable to produce effective concentration of 5-10 ng/ml in serum of swine. In a residual study, as above-mentioneddosage and route of Chloramphenicol base was given to swine every 12hours for 3 consecutive days. The Chloramphenicol residue wasdetected for 3 days in the liver, 6 days in the kidney and 4 days inthe injection site muscle and 3 days in the muscle after withdrawal. A single dose of chloramphenicol base and Chloramphenicol sodiumsuccinate at 30 mg/kg b.w. was injected intramuscularly to two groupsof broiler chickens, respectively. A peak serum level of 4.14 μg/mlresulted in 3 hours in the former group, and the maximum serumlevel of 13.64 μg/ml reached 30 minutes and declined to 1.52 μg/ml 3hours post-administration in the latter group. This result showsChloramphenicol base was unable to produce therapecutic blood levelof 5 to 10 μg/ml in chicken, whereas Chloramphenicol sodiumsuccinate at this dosage can produce the effective serum level andmaintains for 2 hours. In a residual study, Chloramphenicol base asabove-mentioned dosage and route was given to broiler chicken every12 hours for a continuous 3 days, residues of Chloramphenicol wasdetected for 3 days in the liver, 2 days in the kidney, 2 days in theinjection site muscle and 1 day in the muscle. |
