中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在評估性釋素(GnRH)誘發女豬發情、排卵以及配種的效果。六至七 月齡純種女豬經暫運輸、混欄及併欄等處理後,供作以下試驗之用: 試驗一:對照組(n=l5)注射1OO0μg GnRH。結果GnRH注射後7日內,兩處理組內無任何 去豬發情或排卵。 試驗二:處理組(n=14)女豬肌肉注射500IU的孕馬血清激性腺素(PMSG),72小時再靜脈 注射100μg GnRH。結果4日內有11隻女豬排卵,其中9隻發情穩定,2隻發情不穩定。發 情穩定女豬只有3隻在21天後再度發情。對照組女豬(n=10)在同一期間內無發情也無排卵。 試驗三:女豬肌肉注50OIU PMSG,72小時後,再靜脈注射100μg GnRH(n=g)或300μ g GnRH (X=l2),結果4日內,兩組的發情女豬頭數(4/9和7/12),排卵女豬頭數(7/9和 10/12)以及排卵數(12.3±1.1和12.9±1.3)皆差異不顯著。±1.3)皆差異不額著。 試驗四:女豬肌肉注射500 IU PMSG,72小時後,再靜脈注射100μg GnRH。結果有16 隻排卵,其中6隻發情穩定,10隻發情不穩定。發情穩定女豬配種後,有4隻懷孕,其30日 齡胚胎數為6.0土1.5,卵巢排卵數為13.2±1.3。以上結果顯示,當與PMSG配合使用時, GnRH 可以有效的誘發女豬排卯,但是其誘發女豬發情的效果則不穩定。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigated the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) on induction of estrus and ovulation, and fertility in gilts pretreated with or without pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin (PMSG). Pureprepubertal gilts , aged 6 to 7 months old, were transported, relocated and then selected in the following trials. Blood was taken weekly and progesterone concentrations were analyzed by radioimmunoassay to verify ovulation. Trial 1: the animals in control group were injected with 1ml saline (n=15), and those in the treatment group received iv 500μg (n=11) or 1000 μg (n=13) GnRH . No. gilts showed heat or ovulation within 7 days. Trial 2: Gilts (n=14) were injected im 500 IU PMSG, and 72 hours later inijected iv 100μg GnRH. Nine pigs showed heat and ovulated within 4 days, but only 3 of the 9 pigs showed second estrus in the following cycle. Two of the remaining 5 pigs ovulated without showing estrus and the other 3 had no response to hormones. The control group (n=10) showed no sign of heat or ovulation during the same period. Trial 3: Gilts were injected im 500 IU PMSG and 72 hours later were injected iv 100μg(n= 9) or 300μg (n=12) GnRH. Neither the number of heat (4/9 vs.7/12) or ovulation (7/9 vs. 10/12) nor the mean ovulation rate (12.3±1.1 vs. 12.9±1.3) differed significantly. Trial 4: Gilts (n=24) were treated by PMSG and GnRH as described in trial 2. Sixteen pigs ovulated, but only 6 of them exhibited estrus. The 6 animals were mated twice with boars. Four became pregnantand the embryo survival rate at 30 days was 6.0±1.5 which was equal to only 45.5% of their ovulation rate. These results showed that GnRH, when combined with PMSG, can effectively induce ovulation in gilts. However, its effect on induction of beat was not consistant with that of ovulation. |
