中文摘要 | 本文首先對控制閥開度,進水流量、液位、出水流量及液位設定值等變數問之關係進行實驗找出數學關係式,再以電腦程式模擬操作,同時進行液位控制系統之動態模式識別及控制試驗。 數值控制輸出採用零階維持器,程序為一階加延遲,經Z轉換,再考慮穩定狀態常數D, 液位H 與控制輸出M 之關係為Lk+ 1 = A1 Lk + A2Mk~N+A3Mk-N-1 +D 。在程序發生變化之初取數組(Lk,Lk-1 , Mk-N-1,Mk-N-2),利用最小平方法求出A1、A2 、A3 、D值並找出N倍敢樣時間的延遲時間。 根據deadbeat理論及直接合成法分析本控制系統設定點改變時,控制模式 為M(z)/E(z)=1-A1z-1/A2(1-z-N-1)(1+A3/A2z-1) 但(1+A3/A2Z-1)項會使輸出值振燙,經修正為(1+A3/A2×1-1)後試驗結果對設定點的階梯及正弦波變化,都可達到理想的控制效果。 |
英文摘要 | The mathematical relation of the variables in a digital level control system was obtained first by experiment. In addition the simulation model of the system was developed for this study. Zero order hold was used for output of the digital controller. The first order process model with delay time corresponded to the equation Lk+1=A1Lk+A2Mk-N+A3Mk-N-1+ D between the level measurement L and the control signal M, which was analyzed by Z transform with steady state constant D. In the beginning with set point change, the constants, A1, A2 , A3, D, and the delay time which is N times of the sampling time were found by the least mean squares method. The control mode M(z)/E(z)=1-A1z-1/A2(1-z-N-1)(1+A3/A2z-1) based on dead beat theory and direct synthesis method was proposed for control. As the term (1+A3/A2Z-1) was replaced by (1+A3/A2×1-1) to correct the ringing phenomena, excellent results of control were obtained both in step change and sin wave change of set point. |
