中文摘要 | 灌溉水主要來源有二:一篇水庫及地下水,二為河川。靠水庫和地下水 供給之灌溉水流量穩定,灌溉配水計劃較易執行;而靠河川供給之灌溉水,流量 常受雨量變化的影響,使其流量呈不穩定狀,配水計劃必須隨供給流量之變動, 制定適當的應變措施,以滿足田間之需要。 目前,河川供水系統之救旱措施得依供水量之多寡而做適度之調配,其採用之方 法有加強灌溉管理、抽取地下水補助、實施灌區之大輪灌、延長輪灌期距.減少 灌溉面積及休耕或轉作等,由於前述的各種應變措施所需花費的時間及人力較 多,故須發展出一套適用不定流量的配水技術,做為流量變動時之配水方法。 本文乃針對不定流量供水時,考慮田間灌溉需水量與供水量兩間的供需平衡關 係,並顧及渠道容且的限制條件下,能迅速地提供一套合理的配水方法,解決水 量變動時對田間灌溉造成之困擾,做為灌區系統配水之依據,便有限的水資源做 有效之利用。 |
英文摘要 | Nowadays, in a river system, drought relief measures during watershortage period are based on the amount of supply available to make the suitable water allocation. The methods adpoted include strengthening of irrigation management, supplementary irrigation using groundwater, implementation of large area rotational irrigation, extension of rotationalintervals, reduction of irrigation area, and leaving irrigation area fallow orchanging to different crops, etc.. However, because these measures aretime-consuming and require high manpower input, it is necessary to developa set of water distribution technique adaptable to the uncertain supply for useas the water distribution method during discharge variation period. There are two main sources of irrigation supply: one is reservior and theother is river. Irrigation supply from reservior is more reliable, making iteasier to implement the irrigation water distribution; whereas supply fromriver is often affected by seasonal climatic changes, resulting in unstableflows. Therefore, irrigation distribution plan has to be adapted in accordancewith the flunctuating of river flows, and appropriate arrangement is requiredto suit the practical need of the field. The principal purpose of this paper is to consider the demand-supplyrelationship between field irrigation requirement and available water supply whenthe flow is unstable, and at the same time taking into account the canal capacity,in order to promptly provide a set of reasonable water distribution technique to solve the difficulty in field irrigation during discharge variation. Thus, this waterdistribution model can be applied, in the case of unstable water source, as a basisfor water distribution in an irrigation system, to achieve optimum use of thelimited water resources. |
