中文摘要 | 正丁烷脫氫異構化製成異丁烯可與甲醇反應生成甲基第三丁基醚(MTBE),是為 降低汽車排氣污染的好汽油摻和劑。 本研究以 Zeolite-L 為觸媒擔體,探討其酸性強度與 含浸鉑水溶液後所備製得脫氫異構化雙功能觸媒之反應溫度,轉化率與選擇率。實驗結果顯 示, 含浸鉑可提高反應轉化率與選擇率, 鉑水溶液濃度可能需高於 0.15 %(重量)。 Zeolite-L 本身酸性己很強,導致裂解與聚合反應,若再含浸硼酸其催化裂解與聚合反應更 嚴重。而反應溫度必須高於 550 ℃以得足夠之轉化率,卻應低於 600 ℃以免過多裂解與聚 合反應 |
英文摘要 | Dehydroisomerization of n-butane produces isobutylene, which reacts with methanol to form methyl-tertiary-butyl-ether(MTBE). MTBE is an excellent blending additive for reformulated fuels. In this study Zeolite-L was used as catalyst carrier to study its acidity, and impregnated with platinum to make bi-functional catalyst for dehydroisomerization. Experimental data showed that platinum- impregnation improved conversion of n-butane and selectivity of isobutylene. Concentration of H2 Pt6 C12. 6H�畝queous solution for impragnation might be requird to be higher than 0.15 wt%. Zeolite-L had high acidity and led to cracking and polymerization. Further acidification led to even more cracking. Reaction temperature had to be higher than 550℃ to get reasonable amount of dehydrogena- tion, while should be lower than 600℃ to avoid too much crack- ing. |
