中文摘要 | 有關蛋白質及其胺基酸混合物之利用實驗,在以往文獻報告中其結果並不太一致,所以本研究之目的是想進一步探討比較其二者在吸收、血漿胺基酸及氮利用效率之相關性。實驗給食料是以每100g飼料中含有2.4g之等氮量黃豆蛋白質及與黃豆蛋白質同樣組成之胺基酸混合物,在實驗1中餵食大白鼠3天,而實驗2則餵食14天,然後使動物禁食24小時後之第5、16天再各餵食5g之實驗食1小時。實驗1是測定老鼠最後餵食後第0,1,2,3,4及5小時消化管內之蛋白質及胺基酸量,實驗2測定每天之飼料攝取量、體重,最後餵食後第2及3小時之門脈、靜脈血之胺基酸,並分析其體蛋白質量。結果除了胺基酸混合飼料組比蛋白質飼料組之吸收稍微快一點外,其他之各項測定結果,兩飼料組間都很相似,顯示黃豆蛋白質及其類似胺基酸混合物之利用並沒有明顯差異。由此可進一步探討我們所得之結果與其他研究報告結果間之差異性。 |
英文摘要 | Due to conflicting results have been reported, this study was conducted tocompare the absorption, plasma aminogram and utilization of a protein and itscorresponding amino acid mixture diets. Rats were fed an isonitrogenous soybeanprotein or amino acid mixture diet, containing 2.4 g N/lOOg diet, for 3 days inexperiment 1 and 14 days in experiment 2. In both experiments, on the last daysrats were allowed to take 5 g of each diet for 1 h after 24-h fasting. In experiment 1:0,1,2,3,4 and 5 h after the last diets, rats were sacrificed and pro-tein and amino acids in gastrointestinal tracts were measured. In experiment 2,feed intake and body weight were weighed daily and 2 and 3 h after the last diets, rats were sacrificed and portal and venous plasma aminogram and body protein were measured. The absorption of the amino acid mixture diets was a littlefaster than that of the protein diet, and all the other results were similar in thetwo dietary groups, indicating that the difference in utilization of soybean proteinand its corresponding amimo acid mixture is relatively negligible. The differences between our results and those of others were discussed. |
