| 英文摘要 | In the 1970s a variation on traditional group guidance appeared the new movement of skills training. Over the past two decades, the phrase "skills training" with its many qualifiers has become common nomenclature in group counseling. Social skills training which has become the generic term in 1980s for all skills training, has emerged a alternative and/or supplements to more traditional approach to group counseling. (Vander Kolk, 1985). The life-skill intervention model are based on the theory that many people develop emotional problem and/or fail in personal adjustment because they failed to learn the necessary coping skills either because of poor models or impoverished learning environment in general, or both. (Gazda, 1989). From this viewpoint, a comprehensive life-skill training model has been applied to group of children and adolescents & that have been extended to groups of adults in American guidance practice. A large body of literature exists that documents the effectiveness of social skills training as a therapeutic intervention for a variety of populations. And the multiple impact life-skill training model is more effective than the traditional treatment approach. (May, Powell, Gazda, & Hauser, 1985; Powell, Illovsky, O'Leary, & Gazda, 1988). The main points included in this article are: (1) the theoretical foundations exploration of the life-skill intervention model; (2) the basic assumptions of life skill training applied in prevention & remediation; (3) the structuring of life-skill groups; and (4) the example of life-skill training model & its effectiveness investigation. |
